We are jazzed to invite you to our Fit Family Challenge on Saturday, January 18th, from 11AM to 1PM. Here we’ll have fun activities like a jump rope competition, hula hoop, and other fun cardio activities. There will be healthy food alternatives, treats, drinks, and raffle prizes! We’ll help folks to keep their new year resolutions regarding fitness, wellness, as well as faith and spirituality. We cannot wait to see you there!
