This coming Tuesday, May 15th is the next occasion of our SAMM’s Ministry. The Thompson family, Donna Jo, Kelly and kids have decided to make this important ministry a family ministry. Donna Jo WELCOMES all the help she can get. Her contact information is available through the Church Office. Volunteers are ALWAYS needed to help set-up, service, minister to these families in transition, and then clean-up, a time investment of about 2 – 3 hours. Cash for supplies is always welcome, as well as baked goods to serve for dessert.
The Church Office will be CLOSED on Monday, May 28th, in honor of the observance of Memorial Day.
The Senior Lunch Bunch will meet at Rome’s Pizza off Huebner & Knights Crossing on Tuesday, May 29th at 11:30 a.m.
VBS 2012 preparation is well underway, under the excellent leadership and creativity of Mark Barnhardt. The dates are Sunday, July 8 through and including Thursday, July 12. The times will be from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
There are never enough volunteers! From leading a group of kids, to behind-the-scenes prep work, not to mention preparing snacks and drinks for all, there is something for everyone!
